Our Father is so loving that He did not tell us what to do to help us through life, He showed us. He also sent His Son, Jesus to give us the confidence that we could rest in Him and allow the trials of life to roll over on Him. What measure of love has God bestowed upon us so that we could have the confidence that all is well in Him. Take your burdens and cares to Him in prayer and He will give you the rest that He has provided through His sabbath. God is good.
Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made; and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made.
